In the world of scrapbooking die cutting machines, Pazzles doesn’t have the wow factor of some of the other machines. Is this perhaps just due to bad marketing? The Pazzles Inspiration Cutter is a truly fantastic machine and when being compared to the well known Cricut Machine, some might even be bold enough to say it is far superior.
I have often wondered why the makers of the Pazzles Inspiration Electronic Cutter dont market their great product better. Is it because the Pazzles machine is made by the same company that developed the ubiquitous Cricut Machine? I am just speculating here But it would make sense that because the Cricut Machines have a massive range of add on accessories like the Cricut cartridges, the Cricut Jukebox and software etc, that when being compared to the simple Pazzles Electronic Cutter, which by the way has very few ongoing expenses, perhaps we can conclude that the cute Cricut line of machines are more actively promoted as they make a lot more money!
When you are considering the purchase of a Die Cut Machine though, don’t be put off by the lack of hype around the Pazzles Inspiration Electronic Cutter. It is a truly awesome machine that can emboss, cut, pierce, engrave and distress lots of types of materials, all of which will make your scrapbooking projects stand out from the rest.
And the absolute best feature of the Pazzles Inspiration Electronic Cutter is that it requires no cartridges to be bought! When you buy a Pazzles Electronic Cutter, it comes with the software that gives you the ability to design and create your OWN images. You can get images from many external sources like you’re your computer scanner, photos as well as the endless supply of images and graphics that one can download from the internet for free, or that you may already have on your computer. When comparing the Pazzles Cutter Machine to other die cut machines currently available, there are some points to consider. The upfront cost of a Pazzles Machine, is certainly a little more expensive than the similar Xyron Wishblade. However the Pazzles advantage is that it can do die cuts in one pass, where as the Xyron Wishblade Cutter Machine sometimes needs multiple passes to cut through. The Pazzles Inspiration machine, also enables fonts to be joined together, instead of needing a separate software program to create the affect with the Xyron Wishblade
And of course when comparing the Pazzles Electronic Cutter the Provo Craft Cricut die cutting machines, saving money is its biggest advantage, as you dont need cartridges to make it operate!! Yes of course, sometimes it is nice though to have some fun licensed images from the Cricut Cartridges range, but imagine the money you could save to spend on other things!
Considering the Pazzles Inspiration Cutter requires no cartridges and is a quality built machine, it makes me wonder why others would buy anything else! Okay, of course no machine is perfect. It does have one minor disadvantage over the Cricut machines. Similar to the Wishblade die cutting machine, both require being linked to a computer to operate. So if you dont own a laptop, portability does become a minor issue to some who like to get out and share their die cutting machine.
However that wouldnt deter me from buying one of the Pazzles Machines. It is just full of wonderful features, that will make any scrapbooking project a winner.
